DRPA to Hold Public Meetings on Traffic Congestion on BF Bridge and Vine St. Expressway | May 16, 2008

The Delaware River Port Authority is conducting the Ben Franklin Bridge West Side Traffic Mitigation Study to improve the efficiency of travel across the Ben Franklin Bridge into Philadelphia's downtown area and Vine Street. The study will address the traffic issues posed by the complex network of streets, signalized intersections and highway ramps that await motorists exiting the Ben Franklin Bridge weekdays mornings in Philadelphia.

SundayOUT! Fest in Old City | May 01, 2008

This large, annual GLBT street festival will take place on Market Street from 4th Street to 2nd Street. Market Street will be closed between 4th and 2nd Streets and all cross streets for these blocks will be barricaded and closed to north-south traffic between the hours of 6:30 Am until 8:30 PM.

The final phase of the Delaware River Port Authority’s (DRPA) Ben Franklin Bridge renovation project will begin soon.
