The upcoming film 'Happy Tears', starring Demi Moore and Parker Posey, will being filming in Old City on Friday, May 9th.

The following streets will be posted NO PARKING Thursday, May 8th 10 PM to Saturday, May 10th 12 AM.

• 3rd Street (both sides of street) between Race and Arch Streets
• Arch Street (both sides of street) between 3rd and 4th Streets
• Cherry Street between 3rd and 4th Streets

If your car is not moved by the regulated time it will be relocated by the Philadelphia Police Department to another street in the area.
