Old City Arts Association
A nonprofit organization formed in 1991 to accommodate the rapidly expanding creative arts community in Old City. Dedicated to developing and maintaining Old City as a vital meeting place for arts, culture and commerce, it includes galleries, theater companies, artists’ cooperatives, workshops, schools, dance companies, design showrooms, historic sites and cultural museums.
Old City District
Works to keep the streets of Old City clean and safe for residents and visitors. Also supports the Old City Banner Program and Streetscape Plan and works to promote Old City’s unique blend of history, entertainment, and the arts.
Center City District
Organization that works to enhance the vitality of Center City Philadelphia as a thriving 24–hour downtown and a premier place to live, work or play. Encompassing 120 blocks and more than 4,500 properties, the Center City District (CCD) is a business improvement, or special services district, supported by mandatory assessments on real property and governed by a private–sector board.
Central Delaware Advocacy Group (CDAG)
The Central Delaware Advocacy Group (CDAG) works to advance the implementation of the values and principles outlined in the Civic Vision for the Central Delaware. As stewards for the central Delaware, CDAG advocates to government, engages the development community and encourages the participation of the public
